Rain, rain, rain. This time last year I was in Hainan China, biding my time before my 3rd Ironman, and first non-Kona IM. Kinda funny, I sit here with 2+ feet of new snow 3 miles west, 36 degrees and raining, and in China last year it was 107 degrees during the race. I still have the 2nd degree burn scars.
Wildflower should prove a much more appropriate event, plenty of hills, wetsuit swim, with a sweet singletrack run. Pray for cool weather. Little tired this am in the pool... 4 hours on the trainer this evening should conclude my saturday. Chris Carmichael is speaking here in town this afternoon, mostly as a wellness seminar, but I think I will pop in and see what kind of Lance references he makes :)
